Rajat Datta Is New New DG Of Armed Forces Medical Services

New Delhi, December 23 (TNA) Surgeon Vice admiral Rajat Datta has been named as the new director general of the Indian Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), an official order says.

A cardiologist and former Commandant of Army Hospital (R&R) Datta will assume office as the new Director General on January 1, 2021. He will have a tenure of 23 months, it was further informed.
