PM, Yogi Greet People Of Uttarakhand As The Hill State Celebrates 20th Foundation Day

Dehradun, Nov 9, 2020 || The hill state of Uttarakhand is celebrating its 20th foundation day on Monday. The state was carved out of Uttar Pradesh on November 9, 2000.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished the people of the state on its foundation day and said that Uttarakhand, which enjoys the bounty of natural resources and picturesque beauty should scale further heights of development in the future.

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, who hails from the hill state, also greeted the people on the 20th foundation day and said the place is full of rich traditions, culture, biodiversity, spirituality and cultural soul.

Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and many other BJP leaders also greeted the people of the hill state on this momentous occasion.
