Platform Ticket Price Increased To Rs 50

Lucknow, Oct 26 (TNA) If the rising prices of essential commodities was not enough to give you a head ache, here is some more news. The Indian Railways has now increased the platform tickets to Rs 50 per person.

So now when you go to drop your family members or relatives for their onward journey on the train, you will have to shell out more.

The sale price of platform tickets on Northern Railway's Lucknow, Varanasi, Barabanki, Ayodhya Cantt, Ayodhya, Akbarpur, Shahganj, Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Rae Bareli, Janghai, Bhadohi, Pratapgarh and Unnao has now been fixed at Rs 50 per person.
