Owner Of MDH Group 'Spice King' Mahashay Dharampal Gulati Dies At 98

New Delhi, December 3 (TNA) Owner of the Indian spice major MDH, Mahashay Dharmpal Singh passed away at a medical facility in the wee hours of Thursday, a statement said. He breathed his last at 5:38 am. He was 98.

Known for his charming personality, which was manifested in his colourful attires, burly moustaches and a flashy lifestyle, which indeed came after many decades of hard work and toil, he died of a heart attack during post-COVID care.

He had been infected by the Coronavirus a few weeks back but had recovered. The end however came due to cardiac arrest. Due to his major contribution to the world of trade and business, he was awarded the coveted Padma Bhushan Award last year.
