Mumbai Police Arrest Attacker Who Stabbed Actor Saif Ali Khan At Bandra Home

Mumbai, January 16 (TNA) Mumbai Police on Friday arrested the man accused of stabbing actor Saif Ali Khan during a robbery attempt at his Bandra residence. The suspect was apprehended and brought to the Bandra Police Station for questioning. Officials plan to present him in court and are expected to request a 10-day custody to investigate further.

The police revealed that the attacker was last seen near Bandra Railway Station and is believed to have boarded a local train heading towards Vasai-Virar. After an intensive search, the suspect was tracked down and arrested.

The shocking incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, around 2:30 am, when the intruder entered Saif Ali Khan’s home. In a failed robbery attempt, the assailant stabbed the actor six times before fleeing the scene. Saif was rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent surgery performed by a team of doctors.

Authorities suspect the attacker may have been hiding inside the house prior to the attack. Investigations are ongoing to determine how the suspect gained access to the residence and to uncover further details surrounding the crime.
