Hill Crumbles In Live View Of Passersby In Himachal's Sirmour

Shimla, August 3 (TNA) A terrifying hill crumbling occurs in Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh was caught on camera by dozens of passersby who witnessed the natures fury live. First the soil on the hill shook, prompting people to stay away from that section of the road and many fished out mobile phones.

Then a huge chunk of mountain crumbled and slid down on Renuka- Sangrah road in Sirmour district. Over 50 meters of road stretch has been swept away, uprooting trees and bushes.

Electricity supply line has also beem pulled down. The road is now shut for traffic. Nobody died in the incident and no vehicle was damaged.

Heavy monsoon rains have triggered huge landslides and flooding in Himachal Pradesh in recent days, killing many people and damaging properties worth crores of rupees.
