Famous Bengali Actor Abhishek Chatterjee Dies Of Heart Attack At 58

Kolkata, March 24 (TNA) Famous Bengali actor Abhishek Chatterjee died in Kolkata on Thursday after suffering a massive heart attack. The 58-year-old was given medical assistance only a day abck when he complained of some unease in his stomach during a shoot, reports said.

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and many other prominent figures in Bengal have condoled the untimely demise of Chatterjee. “Sad to know of the untimely demise of our young actor Abhishek Chatterjee.

Abhishek was talented and versatile in his performances, and we shall miss him. It is a great loss for TV serials and our film industry. My condolences to his family and friends,” the West Bengal chief minister said in a Tweet.
