Eminent Doctor, Padma Shri KK Aggarwal Dies Of COVID

New Delhi, May 18 (TNA) The medical fraternity in the country suffered a huge blow late on Monday with the passing away of former IMA president and founder of the Heart Care Foundation, Dr KK Aggarwal.

The Padma Shri doctor was battling the Coronavirus since April 28 and had been on ventilator for the past one week. He passed away around midnight.

The 63-year-old, despite COVID, had been seen treating patients online and telling them the do's and don'ts until his condition worsened and he had to be admitted to a hospital.

He had created many motivational and educational videos for people during the pandemic and was widely respected for his compassion towards the patients and devotion to the profession.
