Mumbai, Dec 18 (TNA) Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will on Sunday dedicate the indigenously built P15B stealth guided missile destroyer warship 'Mormugao' to the Indian Navy. It will be inducted into the Navy at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai.

This will increase the Indian Navy's reach in the Indian Ocean and will further strengthen the security of the country's maritime borders. INS Mormugao is named after the historic port city of Goa on the west coast.

One of the mighty warships built in India, INS Mormugao is 163 meters in length and 17 meters in breadth and weighs 7,400 tonnes.
