1 min read

New Delhi, January 30 (TNA): Air India will resume direct flights to Tel Aviv on March 2 after suspending services in August last year due to the Israel-Hamas war. The airline said on Wednesday that five weekly flights will be operated from New Delhi to Tel Aviv, Israel. The airline will deploy its Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft on this route.

The aircraft will have 18 flat beds in business class and 238 seats in economy class. Nonstop flights will be operated on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

After obtaining the necessary approvals, the decision to resume operations on the Delhi-Tel Aviv route was made. In August 2024, the airline suspended direct flights due to the increasing tension between Israel and Iran.
