After 283 Days, Shirdi Welcomes Devotees To Have Darshan Of Sai Baba

Ahmednagar, Nov 16 (TNA) After a long and never-before gap of 283 days, the doors of the Sai Baba temple of Shirdi Sai Sansthan is finally opening for the millions of its devotees on Monday.

Soon after the Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray announced that religious places and shrines would open from Monday with some conditions, the management of the Trust had undertaken massive preparations for the D-Day.

The temple premises, including the Samadhi Mandir, The Dwarkamayi and Chawadi along with the Hanuman temple have been sanitised and disinfected and all the places have markings of social distancing now. On Sunday evening the whole campus was decked up and decorated with special lighting and effects.

Coronavirus protocol, an official said, will be followed in toto at the temple. The announcement has brought happiness and joy to millions of Baba's devotees across the world.
