Yogi Adityanath Unveils Statue Of His Mentor, Guru At His Birth Place In Uttarakhand

Dehradun, May 4 (TNA) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister of Yogi Adityanath and the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday unveiled the statue of late Mahant Avaidyanath at an event held in Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Government College, Bidhyani, Yamkeshwar.

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh while thanking the Government of Uttarakhand said that the college has been established here only due to the inspiration of his Guru. He said that he personally felt proud that he was able to pay respect to his revered Guru at his birthplace.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami recalled how Mahant Avaidyanath worked relentlessly to strengthen Hinduism, and brotherhood and bring those who have been left behind in the mainstream.

During the event Uttarakhand ministers Satpal Maharaj, Dhan Singh Rawat, MP and former Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat, former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, Yamkeshwar MLA Renu Bisht and other dignitaries were also present.
