Tarak Mehta Ka Oooltah Chashma Serial's Actress Tests COVID Positive

Priya Ahuja, the actress who pays Priya Ahuja, the news reporter in famous televisions serial Tarak Mehta Ko Ooltah Chashma has tested positive for the dreaded Coronavirus. She herself informed her fans and followers of the development, in a tweet from her official handle.

It is my duty to inform all that I am COVID positive and that I am asymptomatic. I ma however doing fine and that am under observation of doctors. I am following the protocol and guidelines of the BMC, she further said. She added that since testing positive she is not part of the shoots and has quarantined herself in her home.

Ahuja also went on to urge people not to step out of the house until very necessary and no wear masks while taking abundant and necessary precautions. He co-actors of the show have wished her well and a speedy recovery.
