New York, August 30 (TNA) A grand ‘Universal Oneness’ programme was held at Madison Square Garden in New York, showcasing India’s ancient traditions, rich cultural heritage and civilisational pride, alongside art and culture from around the world.
Through traditional Indian folk performances and cultural presentations, the event conveyed the messages of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ’-the entire world is one family - ‘Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu’ and ‘One World, One Humanity’.
The programme highlighted dialogue, harmony and unity among different cultures, faiths and traditions. Around 6,000 representatives from 39 states and 853 cities across the US participated, along with more than 250 students from universities and over 250 organisations.
