Russia Claims to Have Shot Down 426 Drones as Kramatorsk hit

Moscow, August 26 (TNA) Russia says it shot down 426 drones overnight, while attacks in Tambov and Kramatorsk caused fires and injured 25 people. On the ground, Russia says it shot down 426 drones overnight, including over areas of Ukraine under Russian control.

Meanwhile, a warehouse belonging to Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries in the Tambov region caught fire following a drone attack, according to regional governor Evgeniy Pervyshov. One person was reported injured.

In eastern Ukraine, Russian strikes on Kramatorsk triggered several fires after nine bombs hit the city. Officials say 24 people were injured, including a two-month-old baby. Emergency crews rescued four residents from locked apartments while repeatedly taking cover amid the threat of further attacks.
