New Delhi, September 30 (TNA) Oppo is set to launch two new 5G smartphones in India under its F35 series on October 5. The lineup will include the Oppo F35 5G and Oppo F35 Pro 5G, the company has confirmed. The launch event is scheduled for 12 noon. Oppo is expected to reveal the prices, availability and complete specifications of both smartphones at the event.
Key Features
Both phones are expected to feature an 8,000mAh battery and support 80W wired fast charging. The smartphones will also come with MediaTek processors, with the standard model reportedly powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 chipset and the Pro model by the Dimensity 7360 Max processor.
The series is expected to include a 50MP camera setup. Oppo has specifically teased a 50MP Ultra-Wide Natural Selfie Camera with a 100-degree field of view and NaturalTone 2.0 technology. The Pro model is also expected to support 4K video recording through both its front and rear cameras.
Display and Camera Details
The Oppo F35 Pro 5G is expected to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, while the standard F35 5G could come with a 120Hz AMOLED panel. These specifications have not yet been fully confirmed by Oppo.
The Pro variant is likely to feature a 50MP primary rear camera with optical image stabilisation and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The standard model may include a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The F35 series marks another expansion of Oppo’s F-series portfolio in India, with the company focusing on battery capacity, camera performance and 5G connectivity.
