New Delhi, August 23 (TNA) Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with CEOs and founders of 20 Indian space startups at Seva Teerth. Participants included Skyroot Aerospace, Agnikul Cosmos, Pixxel, Dhruva Space, GalaxEye, PierSight, Bellatrix Aerospace, Digantara and others working on rockets, reusable launch vehicles, satellites, propulsion systems, space debris removal and AI-powered climate intelligence.
The Prime Minister congratulated the entrepreneurs for their courage in entering a demanding domain, noting that opening the sector to private participation had created new opportunities.
He urged wider applications of space technologies in agriculture, livestock, dairy, the environment and daily life to ease people’s hardships, and called for collaboration with Atal Tinkering Labs, emphasising that India’s space sector can become a magnet for global talent, companies and investment.
