Bhubaneshwar, August 30 (TNA) The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red-colour warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rainfall over Odisha today.
According to IMD, places over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Chhattisgarh and Gangetic West Bengal are expected to witness heavy to very heavy rainfall today.

The Met Department has also predicted heavy rainfall over Bihar, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, and Vidarbha for the day.
