Yogi In Legislative Council: The Budget Aimed At Comprehensive Development Of UP

Lucknow, February 23 (TNA) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday made a strong pitch for all-round development in the state and said that provisions in the financial budget presented in the state assembly by his government aimed at making the state a one trillion dollar economy.

He was on Tuesday speaking at the Legislative council on the budget. The saffron-robed chief minister also said that his government was working on a comprehensive development plan for the state which had provisions for the youth, the unemployed, the MSME sector and the farmers.

Adityanath's specifically underlined the focus his government was giving on the farmers and villages. He also spoke on the arrangements being done for the cow shelters, the social and backward welfare schemes, which he claimed would bring a turn around in the lives of millions.
