With Growing COVID Cases, Yogi Orders Closures Of All Hospital OPD's Across UP

Lucknow, April 16 (TNA) The Uttar Pradesh government on Friday ordered the closure of all OPD's across the state owing to the COVID surge, an official said.

At a video conferencing, chief minister Yogi Adityanath, who is in isolation owing to being infected himself, with all DM's divisional commissioners, CMO's and members of the Team-11, said that tele-consultation should be given priority as there was a serious threat of people getting infected in crowded OPD's.

He also aid that KGMU, Balrampur hospital and Cancer institute have already been declared as exclusive COVID facilities and now Era medical college, TS Mishra medical college, Integral medical college, Mayo medical college and Hindi medical college were also being declared completely COVID treatment facilities.
