UP Board Exams Conclude, For The First Time In Thirty Years No Re-examination

Prayagraj, March 5 (TNA) The UP Board board exams ended on Saturday with the Inter’s Chemistry andHigh School’s Sociology papers. There have been many incidents of wrong opening of question papers in previous years, but this time it did not happen anywhere.

133 ‘Munna Bhai’, who were appearing in the examination in a fraudulent manner, were caught and sent to jail. Till the last day of inter examination, 1 lakh 81 thousand 687 candidates remained absent. On the last day, 21 lakh 16 thousand 95 candidates had to reach the examination center.

The examination was held at 8,656 centres. Intermediate exams lasted for 14 days and high school exams for 12 days. 31 lakh 16 thousand 487 candidates were registered in high school and 27 lakh 69 thousand 258 candidates in intermediate.

A total of 58 lakh 85 thousand 745 were registered. This time the copying mafia had got a large number of fake forms filled from various schools.

Action has been initiated to withdraw the recognition of these colleges by blacklisting them. This time the question papers were kept in a strong four-layer binding. The result of this was that the wrong question paper envelope was not opened from anywhere. Because of this, the board was saved from the hassle of re-examination and there was no loss of revenue.
