Three Young Men Mowed Down By Speeding Truck In Banda

Banda, May 12 (TNA) Three young men - all cousins, lost their lives on the Jhansi-Mirzapur highway on Wednesday night when a truck hit the bike on the Gwain Nala bridge. The driver escaped after the incident. Traffic on the highway was briefly affected after the accident. The police reached the spot, sent the dead bodies to the mortuary and restored the traffic.

The deceased have been identified as 28-year-old Kamal, Ajay (20) and Pramod (18). They were on way to Mohan Purwa village to attend the wedding procession of neighboring Daya Shah when tragedy struck. Police is on look out for the truck driver.
