SP Leader Ravi Bhushan Yadav Dies Of Cardiac Arrest During Akhilesh Yadav's PDA Cycle Yatra

Lucknow, October 31 (TNA) A senior leader of the Samajwadi Party (SP) Ravi Bhushan Yadav (Rajan), died in the state capital during the PDA cycle yatra of SP President Akhilesh Yadav. He suffered a cardiac arrest when he was pedalling in the Yatra undertaken by the president near the Pallasio Mall.

Akhilesh Yadav oversaw the transport of Ravi Bhushan to Medanta Hospital in an ambulance but he could not be saved and was declared dead on arrival. He was 46. Doctors said that the SP leader had died before reaching the hospital. Ravi Bhushan was an executive member of Samajwadi Party.

He was also the former student union president of KKC. SP leaders who reached Medanta Hospital told that Ravi Bhushan when he came to participate in the PDA cycle yatra appeared to be in good health at the beginning of the journey. “Looking at his expressions and body language, it did not appear that he was ill” a close friend told reporters.
