Prayagraj, February 14 (TNA) The visit of former Congress president Rahul Gandhi to the holy city has been cancelled. According to local Congress leaders, the district authorities did not allow the plane to land. The Gandhi scion was scheduled to reach Prayagraj on Monday night to attend a private event.

After this, he had to attend the meeting of Kamla Nehru Trust on Tuesday morning. Angry Congressmen alleges that Rahul Gandhi's plane was not allowed to land at Babatpur airport in Varanasi, so his program had to be cancelled.
