One Stabbed To Death As Student Groups Fight Outside Ramswaroop Memorial University In Barabanki

Barabanki, May 8 (TNA) A person was killed after two groups fought a pitched battle with each other late Saturday outside the Ramswaroop Memorial University, police said. SP Pushpendra Singh informed that two groups of students came to blows with each other outside the varsity at the Tawa eatery. Soon knives came out and in the melee a former student was injured. He later died at the trauma center.

The deceased has been identified as Suresh Singh and he had passed out of the universoty two years back. The body has been sent for autopsy and a probe has been initiated, a police officer informed. The incident happened after the annual function over the weekend.
