Muslim Family Of Sixteen Shrugs Fear, Take COVID Jab In UP's Bahraich

Bahraich, June 16 (TNA) At a time when there is a stigma with regards to COVID inoculation in some parts of the state, specially in the countryside, a Muslim family in Bahraich set an encouraging foot print on Tuesday when 16 members got themselves vaccinated against COVID.

When the news of Shahid Ali getting his entire big family getting vaccinated, the district magistrate Dinesh Chandra Singh sent the Tehsildaar and other officials of the health department to his home for felicitation.

Shahid Ali, a resident of Kot Bazar in Payagpur area of ​​Bahraich, told reporters that that he was initially edgy before getting the Covid vaccine, but now that 20 people of his family have taken the first dose of Covid vaccine together but he is not having any side effect but rather was feeling "quiet well", he would encourage everyone to go and get themselves vaccinated.

His sister Tarannum Nisha also looked very excited after getting this vaccine and says that now she will go from house to house and inspire people who are scared about this vaccine to get the vaccine.
