Azam Khan Summoned By Court In “Terrorists Funded Mulayam Birthday Gala Event” Statement

Moradabad, December 20 (TNA) Senior Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Mohd Azam Khan has been summoned by a court in Moradabad on January 12,for giving statement of taking terrorist funding.

It was alleged in the complaint that on November 22, 2014, when Azam Khan celebrated the birthday of former SP President Mulayam Singh Yadav, on a question of the media on the expenditure on this event, Azam Khan had said that the terrorists have funded the gala event.

Shiv Sena leader Vipin Bhatnagar had filed a complaint in the MP-MLA Special Court in Moradabad.

It is alleged that while saying this, Azam Khan had also named terrorist organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed and don Dawood Ibrahim. The statement of the Shiv Sena leader on this complaint has been recorded in the court and on Saturday, the matter was heard in the court.
