LUCKNOW || Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Uttar Pradesh on a day-long visit on Saturday, officials said. He will fly into Chitrakoot on his first stop where he will be laying the foundation stone of the Bundelkhand Expressway.
During his one-and-a-half-hour stay at Chitrakoot, the prime minister will also view a small film of the Bundelkhand Expressway and the Defence Corridor. He will also see a farmers exhibition and one on potable drinking water.
He will be welcomed by union agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar, UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath and other dignitaries. He will later fly on a special Indian Air Force (IAF) chopper to Prayagraj for some public engagements.
