10,584 Fresh Corona Cases In India In Last 24-Hours, 78 Deaths

Lucknow, February 23 (TNA) Even as the Coronavirus pandemic has slowed down in most parts of the country, it is far from over. And so in the past 24-hours, 10,584 new cases have been reported in India, taking the total number of COVID cases to 1,10,16,434.

Health ministry officials informed that there have been 78 deaths due to the Coronavirus in the last one day, taking the total fatalities in the country so far, to 1,56,463. The total number of active cases in India as of Tuesday stands at 1,47,306 and the total people who have been discharged after being cured at 1,07,12,665.

Kerala and Maharashtra are accounting for most cases of Coronavirus still and the respective state governments are taking stringent measures to contain the resurgence in some parts of their states.
