Lucknow, August 27 (TNA) Azad Adhikar Sena national president Amitabh Thakur has released a comparative Vedic astrological assessment of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, projecting the period from August 2026 to July 2027. According to his analysis, the astrological indications for Yogi Adityanath returning to the chief minister’s post appear stronger than those for Akhilesh Yadav.
Thakur said the assessment was prepared strictly based on Vedic astrology and the birth details publicly available to him, without factoring in any election survey, political equation or party feedback. He added that the exercise was not a political prediction but an astrological reading of the two leaders’ charts.
In the assessment, Yogi Adityanath’s horoscope is said to show stronger signals for political authority, high office, administrative control and continuity of power during 2026-27. Akhilesh Yadav’s chart, meanwhile, is described as showing political activity, organisational influence and opposition leadership, but weaker indications for regaining the chief minister’s office.
Thakur also said that although he is personally critical of Yogi Adityanath’s functioning, he felt it was his responsibility to place the astrological assessment before the public honestly, even if it went against his own political preference. The statement comes at a time when speculation around the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections is already gathering pace.
